Cancellation & Postponement Policy
By making payment for your selected workshop/s, you and your participants agree to accept the following Terms and Cancellation/Postponement Policy:

(a) BE: Leather Lab reserves the right to cancel the course in the event that there are insufficient participants. We will contact the participants at least 3 days prior to the course and provide the option to select the next available date or receive a full refund.

(b) In the event where courses are at full capacity, we will contact the participants and provide the option to select the next available date or receive a full refund.
​
(c) We reserve the right to disallow latecomers or “no show” from participating in the course, including subsequent courses.
​
(d) We reserve the right to schedule or not to conduct make-up classes for cancellation and postponement.

FOR ALL WORKSHOPS:

Please note that no refund will be given should you cancel your course.

Anyone who does not attend their scheduled workshop for any reasons will be considered a “no-show” and payment will be forfeited.
​
POSTPONEMENT:
48 hours notice is required when postponing a course. You will only be allowed to reschedule your class only once should you postpone it at least within 48 hours in advance. You will also need to pay a re-scheduling fee of $10/pax.
Your payment will be forfeited should you fail to attend the make-up session within 1 months of the original course date.
